Key Responsibilities

- Engage and qualify inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Schedule & conduct product demos via Zoom/Google Meet
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Handle payment collection and track dues
- Upsell/cross-sell relevant products
- Share market/customer feedback with the team

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience mandatory.
- Languages: English, Hindi or any other local languages
- Own Laptop

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
