Cocktail Barman – Job Description

Job Title: Cocktail Barman

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, beverages, and other drinks while maintaining excellent customer service and cleanliness at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cocktails and beverages according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Take customer orders and serve drinks professionally.
- Check and maintain bar stock and ingredients.
- Handle bar equipment safely and properly.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Follow hotel/bar rules and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Previous bar experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Freshers with basic cocktail knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
