WE’RE HIRING | FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, FP&A;, treasury, taxation and financial controls while working closely with senior management and global stakeholders.

Location: Vadodara
Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: CA/CMA or equivalent – Mandatory
International Exposure: Preferred

Travel: Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time within/outside India

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting, month-end/year-end closing & financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A; and business performance analysis
- Manage cash flow, receivables, payables & working capital
- Handle banking, treasury, BG/PBG, LC, remittances, EEFC & forex transactions
- Manage MTT, imports/exports and FEMA/RBI-related requirements
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax & Transfer Pricing compliance




- Coordinate statutory, tax, internal & Group audits
- Strengthen internal controls and finance processes
- Ensure ERP financial accuracy; EPICOR experience is an advantage
- Partner with MD, Group Finance, Sales, Operations, Banks & Auditors

Ideal Candidate

- Solid experience in Financial Controllership, FP&A;, Taxation & Treasury
- 3–5 years of IFRS accounting experience
- Practical exposure to BG/LC, Forex, MTT & FEMA/RBI
- Manufacturing/equipment industry experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication & stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working with international/overseas stakeholders

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
