About the Role
Happie Dealz is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable Happie Dealz solutions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports,
and provide updates to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent Happie Dealz professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Target-oriented with a strong business mindset.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or business consultancy will have an added advantage.
