- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at project sites.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, estimates, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor quality of construction and finishing work.
- Check material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Take accurate site measurements and maintain site records.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and update them regarding project progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery as per project requirements.
- Monitor labour productivity and project costs.
