Job Summary
The Technical Lead in SAP ABAP Programming Basics will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical aspects of projects related to SAP ABAP development. They will be tasked with providing guidance and expertise in SAP ABAP Programming Basics to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the technical team in sap abap programming basics to achieve project objectives
2. Design, develop, and implement sap abap solutions according to project requirements
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of sap abap programs
5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on sap abap best practices
6. Stay updated on the latest sap abap trends and technologies to enhance project delivery
Skill Requirements

Objective & Role Summary

SAP technical development resource with knowledge in SD, FI and VIM, supporting enhancements, interfaces, workflow-related development, troubleshooting and integration across finance and billing processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of SAP ABAP experience.
Hands-on exposure to FI and SD modules, interfaces and cross-module integration points.




Experience supporting complex enterprise landscapes and enhancement requests.
WBG landscape knowledge preferred; Fiori/CDS/OData experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ABAP objects across FI, SD and adjacent finance workstreams.
Learn module-specific requirements quickly and translate them into technical outputs.
Support defect resolution, troubleshooting, performance tuning and regression testing.
Engage with functional consultants and Product Owners to validate solution behavior.

Key Deliverables

ABAP objects with unit testing and documentation.
Cross-module incident/enhancement analysis notes.
Regression support evidence and deployment notes.

Technical & Functional Competencies

Cross-module SAP debugging and production support.
Robust learning agility and handling of diverse work items.
Understanding of FI/SD business data and integration dependencies.
