Jewellery Production Manager oversees the complete manufacturing cycle of jewelry, directing workers, optimizing workshop workflows, tracking schedules, and ensuring finished items match top-quality standards and client budgets. Core Responsibilities

- Process Oversight: Manage end-to-end manufacturing workflows covering CAD/design translation, wax-carving, casting, filing, stone-setting, polishing, and final packaging.
- Planning & Scheduling: Create realistic daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to fulfill client delivery dates and market demands.
- Quality Assurance: Set strict quality control standards, check pieces at critical checkpoints, and minimize rejection or error rates.
- Resource & Loss Control: Track raw material inventories (gold, silver, precious stones, findings) and oversee precious metal loss management and recovery.
- Team Leadership: Assign tasks to artisans, bench workers, and supervisors, monitor output levels, and handle training.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
