Relationship Manager – West Region

About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow our existing client portfolio across the West region.

This is not a pure new-business sales role. You will work with existing customers, understand their broader business and creative-content requirements, build strong relationships, identify new opportunities and drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with existing corporate, agency and brand clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Increase engagement, retention, cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts.
- Build relationships across multiple functions including Marketing, Creative, Brand, Procurement, Digital and Content teams.
- Identify opportunities across IndiaPicture, Shutterstock and creative & licensing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and requirement-discovery conversations.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide suitable product and solution recommendations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure clear next steps for key accounts.
- Track account activity, opportunities and revenue growth.
- Stay updated with AI, technology and evolving creative-content solutions.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar productivity tools for research, preparation and client communication.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, relationship management, account management or client servicing.
- Experience in content, media, advertising, creative services, MarTech,



media-tech, SaaS or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify additional business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with corporate clients, agencies and senior stakeholders.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to understand new products and technologies.
- Comfortable using AI and technology in day-to-day work.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts.
