Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Facilities & Maintenance team at an IT facility in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, pipelines, and related equipment while ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems.
- Handle plumbing fixtures such as taps, valves, wash basins, toilets, flush systems, and water heaters.
- Identify and repair leakage, blockage, pressure issues, and other plumbing faults.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Attend and resolve plumbing complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeline.
- Maintain proper drainage and water supply systems across the facility.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of pumps, pipelines, valves, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with the Facilities/Engineering team for maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and materials used.
- Follow workplace safety standards and company procedures.




- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping after completing plumbing work.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing breakdowns.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of plumbing systems, pipelines, fittings, valves, and drainage systems.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing faults.
- Knowledge of basic preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to read basic plumbing layouts/drawings is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a maintenance team.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, hotels, malls, hospitals, or IT facilities will be preferred.

Working Conditions

- The role will be based at an IT/corporate facility in Udaipur.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in shifts and attending emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KRA)

Timely resolution of plumbing complaints, preventive maintenance, minimum breakdowns, proper upkeep of plumbing systems, safety compliance, and efficient use of maintenance materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
