Donate an Hour (DoaR) was started in 2014 with a simple idea — to use our time to transform lives through education. What began with just three children in a home in Gurugram has grown into an education ecosystem dedicated to nurturing students from underserved communities.

Today, DoaR runs a co-educational residential academic facility in an eco-friendly 2-acre campus where students receive not only quality CBSE education but also exposure to technology, communication, leadership, sports, life skills and real-world learning.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENGLISH TEACHER

We are looking for a confident, articulate and passionate English teacher who can become an integral part of our residential academic community.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate from a recognised college or university.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and writing.
- Confident enough to conduct classes and communicate with students in English.
- Capable of teaching CBSE students effectively.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring and developing students' communication skills.
- Patient, responsible and comfortable working with students in a residential environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates from reputed institutions, including Delhi University (DU) and other valuable colleges,



are especially encouraged to apply.

YOUR ROLE

The teacher will not be limited to classroom teaching. As a residential faculty member, you will:

- Teach English to CBSE students.
- Develop students' spoken and written English.
- Help students become confident communicators and presenters.
- Mentor students in their academic and personal development.
- Participate in academic activities, discussions and residential campus life.
- Become a positive role model for young students.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: ₹20,000 - 30,000 per month
