You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and a focus on delivering effective software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise content management solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to work with various integration techniques and APIs related to content management systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.

- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
