We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Strategist who understands content from strategy to execution and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars, campaigns, concepts, captions, and creative briefs.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and understand what makes content perform.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and clients to execute content.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign and social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Apply SEO strategies to improve website and content visibility.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Understand paid media funnels, retargeting, lookalike audiences, conversions,



and lead generation.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience psychology.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience managing multiple clients or brands simultaneously is a strong asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
- Creative thinker who can develop fresh content ideas while also understanding the numbers behind performance.
- Experience with restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, or local businesses is an asset.

Pay: ₹11,358.02 - ₹43,187.37 per month
