Join a leading Solar EPC organization and play a key role in driving project finance, commercial strategy, and legal compliance for renewable energy projects.

Position: Finance Head – Project Finance & Legal

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Industry: Solar Energy / Solar EPC

Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CFA / LLB (Preferred)

Key Requirements

✅ Mandatory experience in Solar / Renewable Energy Project Finance

✅ Mandatory exposure to Project Legal & Commercial Contracts

✅ Solid expertise in Project Funding, Financial Planning, Cash Flow Management & Financial Modelling

✅ Experience in CAPEX/OPEX Planning, Project Costing & Profitability Analysis

✅ Strong knowledge of PPA,



EPC Agreements, Vendor Contracts & Renewable Energy Business Models

✅ Experience in Banking Relationships, Working Capital, Debt/Equity Funding & Contract Negotiation

✅ Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
