We are looking for a committed and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our Chittur Palakkad project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, meeting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assign daily tasks to site workers and monitor their productivity and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align progress with overall project goals.
- Track and manage material usage,



ensuring proper stock control and timely requisitions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship excellence.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports to management.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly; escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Supervise the maintenance and protected handling of all site tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability among all site personnel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
