- Assisting with recruitment processes: This includes screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and gathering information about candidates.
- Onboarding support: Helping new hires with paperwork, orientation, and ensuring they have the necessary resources.
- Maintaining employee records: Updating and organizing HR databases and files.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
