PeeJay Max Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to support internal and financial audit activities, verify accounting records, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and conduct internal audits across Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Procurement, Stores, Operations, and Plant activities.
- Review financial transactions, invoices, payments, receipts, purchase and sales records for accuracy and compliance.
- Verify cash, bank, customer, vendor, inventory, and ledger balances through regular reconciliations.
- Identify financial irregularities, process deviations, control weaknesses, and potential risks.
- Verify procurement transactions, vendor quotations, purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Review sales transactions, pricing, discounts, collections, credit notes, and related supporting documents.
- Prepare detailed audit observations, working papers, and audit reports with supporting evidence.




- Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on the implementation of audit findings.
- Monitor compliance with approved processes, financial controls, and management instructions.
- Coordinate with department heads to clarify audit observations and resolve discrepancies.
- Present significant audit findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain complete and confidential audit records and documentation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA / CMA or other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in audit, accounting, or internal audit functions.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
