Job Description:-

Manubhai & Shah LLP is looking for an Audit Assistant to join our statutory audit.

Role :- Audit Assistant -Statutory audit

Experience - 1-3 years of relevant experience

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in finance / commerce or related field.

Location - Marine lines, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: -

Execute end to end statutory audits from planning to completion

Assist in preparation and review of audit working papers





Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for audit - related requirements.

What we're looking for: 1-3 years of experience in statutory audit

Solid understanding of audit concepts and procedures

good analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage audit assignments independently

Working knowledge of MS excel and accounting / audit software .
