JOB DESCRIPTION – DRIVER TO CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER / DIRECTOR

Position: Driver to Chief Legal Officer / Director
Location: Jaipur – Primarily Patrakar Colony to VKI Industrial Area
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: Up to 12 hours per day
Timings: Flexible, as per the schedule and requirements of the Chief Legal Officer / Director

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the Chief Legal Officer / Director safely and comfortably for office, business, and personal official travel as required.
- Provide timely pick-up and drop-off from Patrakar Colony, Jaipur, to the company office at VKI Industrial Area and other locations.
- Remain available during working hours and as per the travel schedule of the Chief Legal Officer / Director.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding official discussions, meetings, documents, and company matters.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition.
- Ensure timely servicing, fuel, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
- Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
- Plan routes efficiently and have good knowledge of Jaipur and surrounding areas.
- Assist with official travel, meetings, court/office visits, airport/railway station transfers, and other assignments as required.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, professional behaviour, and courteous conduct.




- Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the Chief Legal Officer / Director or management.

Candidate Requirements

- Valid driving licence.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Experience as a personal/company/office driver for senior management, directors, executives, advocates, or senior professionals will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Jaipur city and surrounding areas.
- Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
- Good communication skills and professional appearance.
- Must maintain complete confidentiality regarding the work and movements of the senior executive.
- Versatile to work extended hours, depending on the official schedule.
- Candidates residing in or near Patrakar Colony, Jaipur will be given preference.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Residence: Patrakar Colony / nearby areas, Jaipur
Experience: Professional driver / executive driver experience preferred
Availability: Flexible timings and up to 12 hours per day
Reporting To: Chief Legal Officer / Director

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, driving skills, and overall suitability.

Immediate joiners and candidates residing near Patrakar Colony, Jaipur will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
