Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chess Coach to train and mentor students, develop their strategic thinking, and prepare them for school-level and inter-school chess competitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular chess training sessions for students.
- Teach chess fundamentals, strategies, tactics, openings, and endgames.
- Develop students’ logical thinking, concentration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Plan age-appropriate training activities and practice matches.
- Identify students with strong potential and provide advanced coaching.
- Prepare students for chess competitions and tournaments.
- Maintain records of student progress and performance.
- Organise internal chess tournaments and practice sessions.




- Encourage discipline, sportsmanship, and a positive competitive spirit.
- Coordinate with teachers and school management regarding student development.

Requirements

- Solid knowledge and understanding of chess.
- Relevant chess coaching experience or certification preferred.
- Experience working with school-age children is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to motivate students.
- Ability to manage students effectively in a classroom/training environment.
- Willingness to participate in school events and competitions.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
