We are looking for fresh Civil Engineering graduates/diploma holders who are interested in gaining practical experience in residential construction and site execution.

Location: Thrissur
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: Freshers & 1 year

Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000
Growth Opportunity: Performance-based

Your Responsibilities

- Assist with residential construction site supervision
- Monitor daily construction activities
- Understand and interpret architectural & structural drawings
- Assist with measurements and quantity calculations
- Coordinate with workers and contractors
- Check quality of construction work
- Maintain daily site updates and reports
- Assist in material planning and site requirements
- Learn practical construction methods and site management

We’re Looking For

- B.Tech / Diploma Civil Engineering fresher
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to read building drawings
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work at construction sites
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking
