Job Title: Office Boy/Girl

Job Summary
CONTEC Solutions is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy Office Boy to maintain office cleanliness, assist with daily office activities, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees, clients and visitors.
- Handle office-related errands such as photocopying, filing, document delivery and other support tasks.
- Assist in loading, unloading and organizing office supplies and materials.
- Monitor pantry and housekeeping supplies and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Open and close the office premises as per company guidelines.
- Ensure proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.




- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of office etiquette, cleanliness and hygiene practices.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Teamwork and a positive, helpful attitude.
- Physical fitness to perform routine office duties.
