Position: Aptitude Trainer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

WeShine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Aptitude Trainers to train students for competitive and government examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and related topics.
- Explain concepts clearly using straightforward and effective methods.
- Prepare students for competitive and government examinations.
- Conduct practice tests, mock tests, and performance assessments.
- Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and feedback to help students improve their scores.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.




- Freshers who have cleared the preliminary stage of any government/competitive examination can also apply.
- Strong knowledge of aptitude and reasoning concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
