K9V Tech is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Search and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support HR administration and day-to-day HR activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required SkillsEssential

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates and conducting initial screening calls.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional email and telephone communication.




- Proactive, positive, and willing to learn.

Preferred

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is an advantage.
