Position Overview

Pachouli Aesthetic & Wellness is looking for a Full-Time Dermatologist to join our Malviya Nagar, Jaipur clinic. The doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality dermatological consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning and aesthetic dermatology services.

The role requires a qualified MBBS + MD/DNB Dermatologist who is clinically robust, patient-focused, confident in consultation and interested in building a long-term career in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

The selected candidate will be expected to take full-time ownership of dermatology consultations, patient management, treatment planning, procedures, follow-ups and clinical quality at the centre.

Educational Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized medical college/institution.
- MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy is mandatory.
- Valid registration with the applicable Medical Council/NMC requirements.
- Additional certifications in aesthetic medicine, lasers, injectables or cosmetic dermatology will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2+ years of post-MD/DNB experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong clinical knowledge and relevant aesthetic dermatology exposure may also be considered.
- Experience in a reputed dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic or skin clinic will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Dermatology Consultation

- Conduct detailed dermatological consultations and clinical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage skin, hair and scalp conditions.
- Review medical history, medications, allergies and previous treatment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
- Monitor treatment response and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records.

2. Skin & Aesthetic Dermatology

- Consult patients for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, acne, acne scars, ageing, skin texture and other aesthetic concerns.
- Recommend clinically appropriate treatment protocols.
- Perform or supervise procedures within the doctor's qualifications and clinical competence.
- Provide pre-treatment counselling and obtain informed consent.
- Conduct post-treatment reviews and follow-ups.
- Ensure patient expectations are managed professionally and ethically.

3. Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

- Evaluate patients for laser and other energy-based treatments.




- Determine patient suitability and contraindications.
- Perform/supervise applicable laser procedures as per training and clinical privileges.
- Ensure appropriate treatment parameters and safety protocols.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures.
- Manage and appropriately escalate any complications.

4. Hair & Scalp Management

- Diagnose and manage common hair and scalp conditions.
- Conduct consultations for hair fall and hair thinning.
- Recommend appropriate medical and procedural treatment plans.
- Perform/supervise treatments such as PRP, GFC, mesotherapy and other approved procedures where appropriately trained.
- Monitor treatment progress through regular follow-ups.

5. Patient Counselling

- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, expected outcomes, risks and limitations clearly.
- Build patient confidence through professional and transparent communication.
- Recommend treatment plans based on genuine clinical requirements.
- Ensure ethical counselling and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Develop long-term patient relationships and improve patient retention.

6. Clinical & Medical Responsibility

- Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
- Follow all Pachouli clinical SOPs and medical protocols.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
- Maintain accurate consultation and procedure documentation.
- Identify contraindications before treatment.
- Handle medical emergencies appropriately and escalate cases whenever necessary.
- Ensure all treatments remain within the doctor's qualifications, training and legal scope of practice.

7. Team Supervision

- Guide and supervise laser therapists, skin therapists and other clinical staff.
- Ensure clinical staff follow prescribed protocols.
- Provide basic clinical training and guidance to the team.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and Clinical Head regarding patient-related matters.
- Participate in clinical audits, training and protocol implementation.

8. Clinic Growth & Patient Experience

- Contribute to the growth of dermatology, skin, hair and aesthetic services.
- Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion through effective clinical counselling.
- Encourage appropriate follow-ups and repeat treatment plans.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience.
- Participate in camps,



awareness programs and promotional clinical activities when required.
- Work collaboratively with the centre's sales and operations teams while maintaining medical ethics.

- Weekend working as per clinic roster
- Long-term commitment to the centre is expected.
- Adherence to Pachouli's attendance, leave, dress code, clinical, operational and professional policies is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
