Key Responsibilities

- Procure electronic components, PCBs, PCB assemblies, electrical and mechanical components as per BOM and production requirements.
- Coordinate with EMS/PCBA vendors for component procurement, production schedules, material availability and delivery.
- Source new vendors and develop alternate suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Stores, Production and Quality teams for material requirements and shortages.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve vendor quality, shortage and delivery issues.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and alternate components/vendors.
- Maintain purchase records and update ERP.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in electronics procurement/purchase.
- Good knowledge of electronic components and BOMs.
- Solid vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good Excel and ERP knowledge; Odoo experience preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
