Job Description:

Experience – Minimum 3 Yrs & Above
Salary – Rs. 20,000/- - Rs.30,000/-

a Staff Salary Process - (Attendance, Expenses & Bank Transfers or Cheque)
b Co-Ordination with Site Managers for Salary Sheets
c Site Staff Salary Process - (Attendance , Expenses & Bank Transfers or Cheque)
d Issuing Monthly Salary Slips

2 Issuing & Drafting IOC

3 Recruitment:
a Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
b Co-Ordination with candidates & lining up interviews

4 Drafting Letters:
a Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Relieving letter, Experience Letters, Increment Letter, Retirement Letter

5 Employee Engagement:
a Form Filling of Current Joinees
b Induction of new Joinees
c Exit Interviews
d Looking for Advance & Loan Applications and deducting the same





6 Co-Ordination for contractors bill on monthly basis
7 Yearly Increment Sheets, Working
8 Arrears Calculation
9 Salary Breakup, Working, CTC Calculation for New Employees
10 Full & Final Settlements
11 Bank Account Opening
12 Other work given by directors
13 Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
14 PF & ESIC Number Creation
15 Applying for PF Settlement & Claims

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
