Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Demo Consultant – SaaS to conduct engaging and requirement-focused product demonstrations for prospective clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, mapping them to the SaaS product’s capabilities, explaining workflows, and supporting the sales team in converting qualified prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional and engaging SaaS product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, business processes, and pain points before each demo.
- Customize the demo flow based on the client’s industry, requirements, and use cases.
- Clearly explain product features, workflows, benefits, and business value.
- Demonstrate different modules and functionalities based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand prospect background and chance status.
- Handle client questions and provide appropriate product/solution explanations.
- Identify gaps between client requirements and existing product functionality.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Development teams based on customer requirements.
- Maintain demo records, client feedback, requirements, and follow-up points in the CRM.
- Support the sales team during client discussions, requirement analysis, and solution presentations.
- Keep updated with new product features, releases, and enhancements.




- Conduct follow-up product sessions whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SaaS products and software workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple business language.
- Strong requirement-gathering and client interaction skills.
- Good product knowledge and willingness to learn new features quickly.
- Confident in conducting online and offline product demos.
- Good listening, questioning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM or HRMS/ERP products will be an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in SaaS product demonstrations, pre-sales, product consulting, business consulting, or software sales.

Preferred Background

Experience with HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, PMS, or other business SaaS applications will be preferred.
