Job Summary

We are looking for Accounts Receivable Executives with experience in AR/Billing operations and hands-on knowledge of SAP Billing. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of invoicing, customer reconciliation, receivables management, TDS & GST, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and billing activities.
- Handle SAP-based billing and invoicing.
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and within timelines.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation and identify outstanding balances.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue receivables.
- Resolve billing, invoicing, and payment-related discrepancies.
- Handle TDS and GST-related activities associated with receivables and billing.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and receivable records.
- Prepare periodic AR reports, ageing reports, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment and billing issues.




- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable / Billing.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Billing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of TDS and GST.
- Strong understanding of:
- Invoicing
- Customer Ledger Reconciliation
- Payment Follow-up
- Receivables Management
- AR Ageing
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
