Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support HR operations for a heavy commercial vehicle dealership. The role involves employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for dealership employees.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate hiring for sales, service, workshop, spare parts, administration, and support functions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, overtime, and statutory deductions with the accounts/payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Conduct performance appraisal and support KPI/target-setting processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, absenteeism, and attrition.




- Support manpower planning according to dealership business requirements.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures across the dealership.
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Preferred Profile

- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in automobile, heavy commercial vehicle, dealership, manufacturing, or service industries.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and labour compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle HR operations in a dealership environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
