Responsibilities

- Host lively and engaging TikTok live streams, maintaining high energy levels throughout each session
- Interact actively with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging participation
- Promote products, campaigns, or content in an authentic and compelling manner that resonates with the audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan themed sessions, special events, or promotional activities
- Monitor live chat for appropriate behavior and ensure a positive environment for all viewers




- Use social media management skills to grow followers and increase engagement before and after live sessions
- Gather feedback from viewers to improve future broadcasts and enhance overall viewer experience

Qualifications

- Proven experience in public relations or social media management, especially on platforms like TikTok or similar live streaming channels
- Excellent communication skills with a lively, approachable personality that can captivate diverse audiences
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to live interactions seamlessly
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content creation techniques
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own streaming schedule
- Prior experience in public relations or community management is a plus but not required
- A passion for connecting with people and building online communities in a positive, respectful manner

Pay: ₹15,186.26 - ₹17,490.10 per month
