Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Deburring Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and unwanted material from precision components while maintaining required quality and dimensional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform deburring operations on aerospace and precision engineering components.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface imperfections using hand tools and deburring equipment.
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and process specifications.
- Inspect components visually and dimensionally after deburring.
- Maintain required quality standards and ensure parts meet customer specifications.
- Handle components carefully to prevent damage or scratches.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.




- Follow all safety procedures and company quality requirements.
- Record production and inspection details as required.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to resolve process-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in deburring, aerospace, precision engineering, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
