About the Role

Revolite is looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise-grade cloud contact-center solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), API Testing, AWS services, and Generative AI testing.

You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies across IVR, telephony, contact flows, CTI integrations, APIs, chat, Agent Assist, and GenAI-powered contact-center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
- Test Amazon Connect features including IVR, Contact Flows, routing, queues, telephony, and self-service.
- Validate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) and CTI integrations.
- Perform REST/SOAP API testing using Postman, SoapUI, REST-Assured, or similar tools.
- Test AWS-based solutions involving Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and Contact Lens.
- Validate Amazon Q in Connect and Amazon Bedrock integrations and GenAI capabilities.
- Test Chat, Agent Assist, Generative AI responses, prompts, and AI-driven workflows.
- Analyze IVR flows, business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and manage test data required for IVR, API, contact-center, and GenAI testing.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, business analysts, and other QA engineers.
- Execute regression testing for new releases and enhancements.




- Ensure end-to-end quality across cloud contact-center applications and integrations.
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or QMetry.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Experience testing IVR, Contact Flows, routing, queues, telephony, and self-service.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) and CTI integrations.
- Hands-on experience in API Testing using REST/SOAP.
- Experience with Postman, SoapUI, REST-Assured, or equivalent API testing tools.
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and Contact Lens.
- Experience with Amazon Q in Connect and Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience testing Generative AI, Chat, Agent Assist, and AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, E2E, and UAT testing.
- Experience with test data preparation and IVR flow/requirement analysis.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, QMetry, or similar test management tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience in the Utilities/Energy domain.
- Experience with GenAI validation and AI response evaluation.
- Knowledge of SOQL.
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience with Cyara, Empirix, or similar contact-center testing tools.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing and Security Testing.
- Experience with cloud-based contact-center platforms and enterprise integrations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
