A Project Manager for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Industrial construction leads end-to-end execution of factories, warehouses, and industrial sheds. They manage civil works, steel erection, budgets, safety compliance, and multidisciplinary teams from planning to handover. [1, 2, 3, 4]Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Oversee site preparation, civil foundations, and PEB steel structure erection.
- Planning & Scheduling: Create timelines, track milestones, and prevent site delays using project tools.
- Cost Control: Manage project budgets, material procurement, and vendor contract negotiations.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict health, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards on site.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil (B.E.



Civil).
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years in industrial construction with proven end-to-end delivery of PEB or warehouse projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of structural steel design, civil works, and electro-mechanical services.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
