Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine chemical analysis of raw materials, finished feed, and process samples.
- Analyze moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, ash, calcium, phosphorus, salt, and other nutritional parameters.
- Ensure all laboratory tests are conducted according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Verify the quality of incoming raw materials before production.
- Monitor in-process samples and provide timely feedback to production for corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and maintain laboratory chemicals safely.
- Assist in investigating quality complaints,



non-conforming products, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, and feed safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams for quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety within the laboratory.
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
