Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team in Aminjikarai. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining our property projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update lead details and call status in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred.
