MEP Project Head – Residential High-Rise Projects

Location Experience Education Industry Pune / Mumbai

15–20 years B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Real Estate / Residential Construction Project Type High-Rise Residential Projects STRICT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Only candidates having at least 15 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS will be shortlisted for interview.

The candidate must have substantial hands-on experience in MEP execution / project management for residential construction projects, preferably high-rise residential / multi-tower projects.

Residential project experience is the primary and mandatory screening criterion. Maintenance, road, infrastructure, industrial, factory, and other non-residential experience must not be considered as a substitute for the required 15 years of residential project experience

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
