About the Role

Digital Khidki is looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality digital content. The candidate will work on videos for brands, social media platforms, Hindi content creators and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Handle complete video editing from raw footage to final output.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, motion elements, subtitles, effects and sound design.
- Work on Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing.
- Create and integrate AI-generated visuals, images and video elements wherever required.
- Use AI tools to enhance storytelling, visuals, backgrounds and overall video quality.
- Understand briefs and convert creative ideas into visually appealing videos.
- Add Hindi/English subtitles, text animations and on-screen graphics as required.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects and background elements.
- Ensure videos are optimised according to different social media formats and specifications.
- Coordinate with the social media, content and creative teams to understand content requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI tools, transitions, effects and social media formats.

Required Skills





- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
- Experience with AI visual generation tools and AI-assisted video creation.
- Good understanding of short-form content, especially Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, resolution and social media specifications.
- Good sense of timing, storytelling, music, transitions and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi language is required to understand Hindi scripts, dialogues, captions and content.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
