About Us: Dehradun-based manufacturing and export company producing premium historical products including weapons, armour, and leather goods for global markets.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement; Continuously develop and expand the vendor base, including alternate suppliers; Travel regularly for vendor development, audits, and negotiations; Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms; Ensure material availability while optimising inventory; Oversee the sampling department, ensuring timely development and approval of samples; Implement vendor evaluation systems, drive ERP-based procurement processes and reporting, mentor and develop the team.

KPIs include cost savings, improved vendor on-time delivery, fewer stock outs, faster sample turnarounds, process compliance.

Requirements: 12 to 15 years experience in manufacturing procurement; Solid negotiation and vendor development skills; ERP experience.

*This position is strictly local to Dehradun; candidates must currently be based in or immediately around Dehradun.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
