Position: Guest Relations Executive
Department: Food & Beverage service
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their visit.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain valuable relationships with regular and VIP guests.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service, Kitchen, Bar, and Management teams.
- Maintain guest preferences and important guest information.
- Assist in managing special occasions, celebrations, and VIP arrangements.
- Collect guest feedback and share it with the management team.
- Ensure the restaurant entrance, waiting area, and guest-facing areas are well maintained.
- Support the team during busy operations and special events.
- Promote restaurant offerings, special menus, and promotions when required.
- Maintain professional grooming and follow company standards.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, F&B; Service or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and confident approach.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Ability to handle multiple guests and tasks during busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of POS/reservation systems preferred.
- Good English communication is required; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an advantage.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
