Freshers can apply.

Co-ordinating with vendors to get quotations and preparing cost comparisons.

 Responsible for preparation of purchase orders & authorizing same from concerned person.

 Sending purchase order to vendors and coordinating to receive their acceptance on the same.

 Keeping track of indents received and the status of the same.

 Preparing & updating purchase track sheet right from indent receipt till material receipt payment to Vendor.

 Generating all MIS reports relating to Purchase made.

 Co-ordinating with vendors for delivery of the material ordered.

 Adhere to all the ISO compliances and implementation of same at every stage
