Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to guests and customers.
- Coordinate with guests regarding restaurant reservations, enquiries, offers, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the restaurant operations team to ensure smooth guest handling.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English communication skills preferred.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
