We are looking for a Quality Inspector / Quality Engineer responsible for conducting inspections and testing at various stages of the manufacturing process. The candidate will ensure that products meet applicable quality standards, procedures, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct incoming, in-process, and pre-dispatch inspections as per applicable quality requirements.

Perform thread inspection and dimensional inspections as required.

Witness and monitor testing activities as per the applicable sampling plan.

Carry out inspections with reference to the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), standards, and relevant procedures.

Ensure proper inspection and testing at all stages of production.

Verify that raw materials, components, and finished products conform to specified requirements.

Maintain inspection reports, test records, and other quality-related documentation.





Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures and standards.

Support continuous improvement of inspection and quality processes.

Required Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1.

Knowledge of inspection and testing procedures.

Understanding of thread inspection and dimensional inspection.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
