HR Recruiter – Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 0 - 1Years
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end hiring activities for multiple job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable profiles.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,455.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
