- Administer and support Symantec DLP Core and DLP Cloud environments.
- Configure and maintain DLP policies, detection rules, response actions, and exceptions.
- Manage Symantec DLP Endpoint Discover and Endpoint Prevent.
- Work with Network Monitor/Prevent for web and email channels.
- Configure and tune detection technologies such as:
- Exact Data Matching (EDM)
- Indexed Document Matching (IDM)
- OCR / Sensitive Image Recognition
- Investigate DLP incidents and perform incident remediation.
- Troubleshoot endpoint agents, policy deployment, detection, and enforcement issues.
- Manage DLP incidents, false positives, policy exceptions, and business justifications.
- Support DLP integration with cloud applications and email/web security controls.

Forcepoint DLP





- Administer and support Forcepoint DLP environments.
- Configure DLP policies, classifiers, rules, exceptions, and enforcement actions.
- Manage Forcepoint DLP Endpoint for Windows and macOS.
- Monitor and control data movement through:
- Web/HTTPS
- Email
- Removable media
- Printers
- Clipboard
- Cloud applications
- File sharing
- Configure and troubleshoot Forcepoint DLP Discover and Network components.
- Investigate incidents and perform remediation based on risk and business context.
- Use Forcepoint reporting and incident-management capabilities for security investigations.
