About the Role

As a Sourcing Intern, you'll be doing market research, buyer/supplier identification, outreach, and costing analysis that feeds directly into live deals.

What You'll Do

- Market & Buyer-Supplier Research — Research domestic and international markets, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities; build and maintain a verified database of buyers, suppliers, and manufacturers across sectors; prepare market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.
- Outreach & Lead Generation — Contact potential buyers and suppliers via phone, email, and LinkedIn; understand requirements, schedule meetings for the BD team, and maintain records of every interaction and follow-up.
- Costing & Commercial Support — Collect supplier quotations; compare pricing, logistics, and tax terms; assist in preparing costing sheets, profitability analysis, and commercial proposals.
- Documentation & Reporting — Keep CRM and internal trackers updated; prepare daily/weekly progress reports; flag new product opportunities,



market gaps, and relevant import-export or government scheme developments as you come across them.

Skills We're Looking For

- Strong research and analytical ability, and comfort on the phone with clients.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Working proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic grounding in business, supply chain, procurement, or sales is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfortable learning fast and working with real client stakes, with limited hand-holding.

Preferred Background

MBA (pursuing), BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, Economics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or any graduate with robust analytical and communication skills. Freshers are welcome.
