Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, ambitious fresher to join our sales team as a Business Development Associate. This is an entry-level, role — your first step into the world of B2B technology sales.

You will be trained, mentored, and given real responsibility from Day 1. If you are energetic, people-oriented, and hungry to build a career in sales with a cutting-edge tech company, this role is built for you.

No prior sales experience? No problem. We care more about your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to hustle than your resume.

What You Will Learn & Do

▪ Drive B2B sales of Simbott’s AR/VR/MR simulators to industries including manufacturing, defense, aviation, safety training, and vocational education.

▪ Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

▪ Conduct product demos and presentations at client sites (travel required).





▪ Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers, training managers, and procurement teams.

▪ Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs.

▪ Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

▪ Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.

What We Are Looking For

▪ Strong understanding of AR/VR/MR technologies and their applications in training andsimulation.

▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

▪ Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex B2B deals.

▪ Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to agile environments.

▪ Willingness to travel (PAN INDIA) extensively for client meetings and demos.

▪ Can join immediately or within 30 days.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
