Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Plant Chemists to join our client's chemical manufacturing facility located in Chhatral, Gandhinagar. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to contribute to innovative R&D; efforts in a hands-on plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct and optimize laboratory-scale experiments to develop new organic synthesis processes.

● Interpret experimental results, compile data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

● Maintain comprehensive and precise laboratory documentation and experimental logs.





● Prepare technical reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and stakeholders.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, safety, and quality control to support project execution.

● Keep abreast of emerging trends, techniques, and advancements in organic and industrial chemistry through journals and industry events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Strong understanding of organic chemistry principles and laboratory practices.

● Hands-on experience with lab instruments and basic analytical techniques is a plus.

● Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

● Willingness to work in office in a plant setting and follow safety protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
