Responsible for the safe, reliable, and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the college’s electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage electricians and electrical maintenance staff.
- Ensure uninterrupted electrical supply across classrooms, offices, hostels, laboratories, and other campus facilities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, generators, transformers, UPS, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
- Monitor electrical safety, earthing, load distribution, and compliance with applicable safety standards.
- Coordinate with external electrical contractors and service providers.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.
- Monitor electricity consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.




- Ensure availability of electrical tools, spares, and materials.
- Support electrical works during construction, renovation, events, and campus projects.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a college, school, hospital, hotel, or large institutional facility.
- Valid electrical license/certification as applicable.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety and maintenance practices.

Key Skills

Electrical troubleshooting, team supervision, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, contractor coordination, emergency handling, and basic documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
