Key Responsibilities

- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for all production and utility equipment.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and machine history.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for efficient plant operations.

Required Experience

Hands-on maintenance experience in:

- Sev, Gathiya & Namkeen production machines
- Fryers, heating systems, mixers & seasoning machines
- Extruders, conveyors & elevators
- Automatic weighing & packing machines
- VFFS / Pouch Packing Machines
- Nitrogen flushing systems
- Metal detectors & checkweighers
- Compressors & pneumatic systems




- Freezing systems / IQF equipment
- Cold rooms & freezer rooms
- Refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators
- Refrigeration piping & valves
- Packaging machines

Technical Skills

Must have robust knowledge of:

- PLC & VFD Systems
- HT & LT Electrical Lines
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
