Position: F&B; Service Team Leader
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily F&B; service operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Stewards, Waiters, and Service Associates.
- Allocate duties and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily requirements.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage service as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Check table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service standards.
- Monitor POS billing and ensure accurate order taking and billing.
- Maintain proper stock levels of service items and report shortages.
- Train and guide new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the manager.




- Support the F&B; Manager/Assistant Manager in achieving service and sales targets.

Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in F&B; Service in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader/Captain preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Solid guest-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- POS and billing knowledge preferred.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
